Sarah Small Sarah comes form a long family tradition in the hotel industry for the past 3 generations. A graduate of the College of Marketing, she has worked a number of positions in the hotel sector. She worked in the event and catering rental industry for 6 years as an office manager. Jen Gordon Jen worked for the last 4 years in the event and catering rental industry in various roles from credit control to account manager. John O' Byrne John is a qualified hotel manager, having completed a 4 year course in the Dublin College of Catering, Cathal Brugha Street. Following training in P.V Doyle Hotels, he spent 3 years in New York working at The Westbury Hotel on Madison Ave. He joined Peter Small in Cater Hire Ireland in 1989 and together they grew the company to be one of the largest in Ireland. They sold their interest in 2004. John is responsible for
