  • Two( 2) sterno fuel are required for each chaffer dish

  • Each one will last up to two hours

  • If you are serving food from the chaffer for longer than this period,it is advisable to buy additional fuel

  • Each chaffer dish requires inserts( 1 full insert for one serving of food or 2 half inserts for 2 servings ) and two sterno fuel.

  • Sterno fuel is not easily obtained in shops so make sure you order it when hiring the chaffer.
